What is the minimum order quantity for your products?

For retail purchases made in our online store, there is no minimum order quantity. Wholesale Pricing requires a minimum order of $500. Click here to apply for wholesale.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Online orders received Monday – Friday are typically shipped 1-2 business days after payment. Orders received over a weekend or holiday generally go out the next business day. Click here for more information on shipping, refunds and returns.

Can I request a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Sure, you are welcome to request your refund if either your product has not been shipped yet following your order confirmation, or if there is a problem with your product/order that you can showcase with detail and send information into [email protected] or review.

What certifications does your facility have?

We are a licensed Hemp and CBD manufacturer with various locations in the USA. All of our finished products are produced and packaged in cGMP certified facilities.

Do you carry all the proper licenses required by the hemp industry?

Yes, all of our licensing is current.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship retail, wholesale and bulk orders internationally.
